Terms of Service

This is a template agreement for a self-hosted Genavoo deployment. The operator of this instance should replace it with terms reviewed by their own counsel before production use.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using this instance, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of the prompts you write and the assets you upload or generate. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you provide and for how you use the outputs, including compliance with the terms of the underlying model providers.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to create unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or to generate content depicting real people without their consent. The instance operator may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Availability & disclaimer
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Generated results are probabilistic and may be inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from your use of the service.
5. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
